Been here twice in the past 2 weeks because I’ve been on a bit of a quality burger binge. So I got their burnin’ love the first time, it was spicy to perfection and overall great flavor. I’ve never had a spicy burger before so that was new! Then the next time I got the one with ghost pepper in it. Also really tasty but I did prefer the burnin’ love. They have a great selection and the order is always as it should be. I would definitely recommend their burgers. They’ve got some of the widest selection I’ve seen in town.
Terrible customer service, mediocre food and an order for 2 non-modified foods takes 20 minutes when there were like 20 people in the restaurant. Does it really take 20 minutes to cook a burger and my fries were cold. Seems like the cooks need to get it together because this restaurant is going downhill.
Great Service & Food. I have been to this location a few times in the recent month. My husband and I moved close to this location and it happens to be one of my favorite places to eat. The service has always been great here. We came in and it was busy and told it may be fifteen minutes, but we only waited about five. Our server was attentive at getting our order, refilling, giving us the check, checking on food, etc.. I ordered the California Chicken, which is a favorite of mine. The food was pretty good as well and I will definitely be coming back.
Horrible service. Super long wait. Seated people who came after us even though we called ahead with reservations for a large party. Manager kept disappearing and didn’t seem at all interested in fixing their incompetence.
Great Service…..Who knew?. My family wanted to go out for dinner and suggested Red Robin. Now for me I like the Salem RR best. However our visit this time was great. Service is always iffy here, but on our visit it was great. The manager even checked in with us. Food was good, served fast and drinks kept full. All-in-all a good dinner. I hope service like we had continues in the future.
Ok restaurant. The waiter pushed items onto me and putting me in an awkward situation. Thumbs down.
Just OK…convenient location. Nothing fantastic or memorable…convenient location. Wouldn’t go out of the way to eat here. Food is just average at best.
