First time we went to this discriminate place last night; ABSOLUTELY I would not go back to this place again!Very surprisedly the security guys from this place fellow us to our car and threatening to call cops on us for drinking driving… there was almost a fight; my friend and I felt being targeted and unsafe. I had to call 911 to get us out of the scary situation!I would strongly warn you not to drink any alcohols if you plan to go this place!! Watch out those pathetic security guys!!! I’m curious HOW LONG this business will survive?! Hope the poor owner is going to be aware before it’s too late…
Poor security. Music has a decent selection, bartenders don’t keep you waiting long and are helpful in choosing a drink when you’re not to sure on what you’re feeling. The only thing that turns me away from Riley’s is their security. They are lazy, unprofessional, and bias when a situation involves a friend of theirs.
Won’t come again. We came here after a pickleball tournament in early Aug. They closed the restaurant for us. We told them we would have 50-100 people, we had about 85. No AC on a hot day. They did not add extra servers or bussers. Had waits of from 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours for food. Some folks never did get their food and just left. Had long waits for drinks as well. the bartender was trying to bus tables and sell drinks. A few days later we talked to a manager and they were not concerned at all. This was the 2nd year we tried to bring them a big uptick in business and we were treated poorly both times. Will not be back and they have earned a lousy rep from those of us from Albany, not to mention visitors
Bad experience. Went sunday for dinner, tables were still dirty from saturday night. Two people working with four customers,and the service was horrible.
Out with the old, in with the new. The favorite hangout of ny childhood is back with changes and staff to make you feel welcome.
Way better!. At first I did not want to go, knowing how mush of an A** Ryan (the mean bouncer/owner/walking ego trip) was to our group the last time we came down but I had heard there was new owner.. so we went and we had a GREAT TIME! It looks as if they are working hard to turn the place around! Food was good, the bartenders on Friday night were smoken hot, plus made sure we were not ignored when getting anouther drink. Prices were fair.. looking forward to going back!!
