  Bad customer service. I not sure what the problem is at the Pacific Blvd Taco Bell but you never seem to get a napkin in your order and you don’t get your receipt. When u ask they say its in your bag, ya just want you want is a receipt with tacos dripping on it, and guess what no receipt in the bag. With all the issues today with people getting your debit information just what you need is your receipt laying around for someone else to use your information. What happened to good customer service? I don’t care if you are washing dishes or working for the President, you need to provide good customer service no matter what kind of job you have. Please train your employees to take pride in their work. I just spent $21.11 for lunch in there today for my grandkids, Taco Bell seems to be the place they like to eat.. That great, but for the grand parent or parent its not the most popular place to do business. If you are trading management then please take the time to train them before you put them at the window to do business. Whipping tables might be a good place to start. They need to earn their place up front.

  The BEST fastfood Tacos!. I am not a huge fan of fast-food, but this place gets me craving! My all-time favorite pleasure is their Crunchwrap Supreme $2.89- a flour tortilla spread with nacho cheese & beef, topped with a tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato, then grill-pressed to close into a hand-held taco pocket. Easy to handle, super filling, and a great contrast of hot & cold. I also really enjoyed their Beefy Crunch Burrito with Flamin’ Hot Frito chips, but they took it off the menu to introduce their disappointing Doritos Locos Taco $1.49. I was really excited about the Doritos taco shell, but upon trying it, I discovered it was merely a Doritos flavored corn tortilla, not actually made of Doritos. Just a lot of hype really. In fact, I prefer their regular $.99 Crunchy Taco to it, especially since it’s the same amount of food without paying extra for the Doritos brand. Most recently I tried their NEW Beefy Nacho Burrito $1.49, similar to the Beefy Crunch Burrito, but minus rice and Flaming Frito chips. It had tons of beef, tortilla chip pieces, sour cream, and nacho cheese within a flour tortilla- rich and delicious. I also appreciated the crunchy texture. The most valuable addition to Taco Bell is their $5 Box which includes a Crunchy Taco, supreme burrito, a special item, and a medium drink- super filling and satisfying on the wallet. They change the combination available from time to time and I personally wish they would go back to the combination of a Crunchy Taco, Spicy Frito Burrito, and Crunchwrap Supreme box- AWESOME combination!!!
