Great place to stop in with friends for a beer and bar snack. Fun perks to the small bar menu- beer cheese on the nachos, and their zesty ranch Jalepeno Cole slaw they put on tge sliders was worth trying. Staff was friendly at the bar, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance, very relaxed. Would have given a higher score if there was slightly more variety on the menu.

We love this place. The Growler Garage is family friendly which is nice for days when there is an event and we do not want to leave our baby with the sitter. The staff is friendly and will help you choose the right beer or cider for you. The food is great. The bacon mac n cheese is yummy. We look forward to vendor events.

Bring your friends for a relaxing brew. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. A great place to taste and find out what you like. Love the variety of beverages from beer to sangria..If they ever served food I expect they will out grow their space in no time !

With a little luck & presistance I dropped in here on their very first day of operations. This was a soft opening and they had only been serving since 1 when I arrived there at 8:30. Too late to really get into drinking mode (they close at nine on Thursday) but not too late to sample and fill my growler. With 40 or so taps it took a few minutes to decide but I came out with a Wheat Watermelon from SF for $11. (Forgive me I forget the brewery!) You can really taste the watermelon in it. It’s probably not something most of my friends would enjoy though. Too bad for them. They completely remodeled the place after Rhythm & Brews departure. Much more to my liking with vintage/distressed look & feel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owners were sitting nearby watching & chatting with folks. This is an all around great addition to down town and if you work at city hall you can literally walk across the street at 5 and grab a pint. So far I am impressed and I intend to bring my buddy’s back here very soon!(Oh yeah, no prepared food here. You can order in however…)
