Maybe it’s the recent grand opening but the food was pretty good! The one in corvallis wasn’t great as they almost never fully cooked the fries & always forgot items so I sort of gave up on Wendy’s for years. However, the albany Wendy’s made the food correctly and it was nice and hot with friendly service! Fan of the chicken sandwiches and dollar burgers!

Fresh Food, Poor Communication. Wendy’s makes a good homemade chili fresh every day. It’s among one of my favorite dishes here, and I also like the Asian Cashew salad. One day I took an order of this salad home….40 minutes away. I was disappointed to find they gave me some sort of pomegranate dressing instead of the vinegraite that goes with it. I mentioned this on my next visit, and they told me they don’t serve the original dressing anymore because of food allergy issues with peanuts. Um, ok. I wish they’d told me that before I drove off with the order.On a later visit, I asked about dressings they do have on hand. In short, I learned they do have a similar vinegraite, so I excitedly ordered the Asian Cashew salad….and walked away with some bbq dressing. But I have a happy ending. As long as you specifically ask for the spicy vinegraite that is in the portion cups, you will have a good salad.
