This food cart makes me realize that there is a god! Best tortas and burritos I’ve ever had from a food cart and to be honest…anywhere!! The proprietor couldn’t be nicer and he is open later than most of the other carts in this pod! You must check it out!!
This place has amazing tortas!!! Try the la vaca loca it’s amazing
Tortas that ooze melty fresh cheese, laid on fresh bread, cooked right in front of you. Quality ingredients, great price, and happy service! The La Vaca Loca and Akumal satiate my zombie-like thirst for good Portland food cart grub.
The Tortas are to die for!!!! So good…. Address is incorrect though… It’s on NW 19th and Quimby!!!!
