It is located at the end of nw 23rd but it is pretty popular because it is open late and it is good for a good read or doing homework. Coffee is always good while the crepes are ok, I personally opt for the sweet ones over the savory ones and they taste better. Staff are always friendly and service is quick if your in a rush. I personally enjoy vivace and recommend it.
Vivace has some delicious crepes. I like them because they are a bit sturdier than usual and fillings are pretty generous so you get a little more bang for your buck. It’s a great place to go catch up with friends, especially in the summer with the outdoor seating. Only problem is sometimes seating can be hard to find inside, and the chairs are a little old and uncomfortable.
Their crepes are outstanding and one of the main reasons that I keep returning!
I went here for an after dinner coffee drink and ordered a white chocolate mocha. It was not sweet at all and bitter tasting. Then on my last sip all I got was a mouthful of syrup. They couldn’t even stir the drink before serving it! What a disappointment. My friends ordered a cappuccino and espresso and were equally disappointed. We won’t be back.
Overall bad experience, food was overpriced (bagel and French press coffee cost 9$) service was bad (I was told my food would be ready in about 5 minutes and to come in and get it, rather than have it brought to my table…. And i had to press and pour my own coffee?) The bagel was good but not worth the price and the atmosphere was less than desirable. Not a place I’d go back to.
I ordered a seasonal crepe, strawberries and blueberries. It was good but overpriced. It was $7.50 for a single crepe! Crepes at Disneyworld are half the price and same taste.
This place is really great for a lounge around breakfast/lunch and has a very comfortable vibe that you have to love!
