Good food, great service. The bartender who waited on us could not have been nicer. He struck a perfect balance between attentiveness and leaving us to eat and drink. He was very kind to our foreign visitors as well. I will definitely return

Two wildly different experiences. After a Timbers victory, great experience. Really noisy, but then — we won! Good service. Good food (curry). Just ok beer on this visit, but I had lots of other choices. Next time, the place was near empty, at 7 PM. Lousy service. Server could not have been more indifferent. So I guess the rule is, go after a Timbers game, or not at all.(PS. Always happy with Kells in old town.)
