Rich and simple. The best comment I could give is that the pho does not need the sriracha. You might still choose to use it, but the rich, meaty broth has enough native flavor and depth that one need not resort to sauces to bold it up. The noodles are slippery without being greasy, think without being gunky. I added veggies to mine (lots of broccoli and carrots), on top of the sprouts and mint.Only concern was a latent MSG head throb that came as I was driving away.
