Just walking by and we saw the word bourbon on a sign, so of course we went in. Ambience – Awesome, dark old house with a southern appeal, with pics of the Kentucky Derby and one super-wicked-awesome stoked bar!Food – Tried the mac n cheese and that was some good comfort food. We will be back for more as the menu looks really good. A particular bourbon in that stock – I did it – yep, thats right; I decided to go for the Holy Grail of bourbons in their quiver…20yr old Pappy! Finding this stuff is like finding a unicorn, make that two unicorns. These guys have one of the best stocked bourbon bars that I have come across in the north west. You pay a pretty penny for it, but how many places even give you the opportunity to try something so rare. And…it was worth every penny! Be back again to try others as well!

Being a bourbon fan I think I need to aspire to try at least my first 50. Needless to say the bourbon menu is extensive. I had a bourbon cocktail called fleur de lis which was refreshing. The food was also good and fun for sharing. The macaroni and cheese was tasty comfort food. The lamb ribs were also good. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. I am quite confident that more visits are in my future.
