This is one of our go-to places on 23rd – not fantastic, but always dependable, and a bargain if you know what to order. Good selection of proteins too. I don’t eat a lot of beef, but I often make an exception here because the Brazilian beef is so savory and awesome on everything. We typically get a nacho to split: it is more than enough for two. If there is a line, don’t be in a hurry, because things can take a few minutes, but it is worth the wait. The burritos are huge, and the fish tacos are a favorite of ours too. The only disappointment we’ve experienced here is the ceviche – it is overpriced and not nearly as flavorful as it could be. thegoodheartedwoman.com
The super burrito was cold, overly salty and the contents soaked through the tortilla making it soggy and gross. The chips were stale and completely bland! A complete waste of money at 19.00 for two burritos. Not worthy of this Nw neighborhood.

The carnitas super burrito I purchased was bland and dry. It’s $2 extra for sour cream and guacamole which are almost non-existent. Two thumbs way down, I won’t be back.
Good happy hour prices in the cantina. Liked the taquitos and loved the guacamole!
Quite simply avoid this cash-trap. Over-priced at $8.50 for a Super Burrito that is more SuperblyUnderwhelming. Location is what keeps this place afloat; it is defitely neither the food or the service. Sad but true.22 Aug, 2010Quite simply avoid this
Best salsa around! A cold Dos Equis, chips and salsa is all the reason needed to come here. The outdoor seating is a plus. Watch out though, the lady bartender is rude and an absolute misenthrope. Best salsa, though.
