Been here three times now. Guess it’s my second favorite rib place in town. The ribs are a little dry and the collards are a little sour for my taste. Saw a number of people getting food to go. Easy to get in and park here.

Very good!! Very tasty barbecue sauces!
Leave the sauce, let the meat speak. The brisket has a wonderful smokey flavor, I recommend not messing it up with any sauce, or just for a slight side dip, it is that good. Baked beans incorporate that smoke flavor perhaps the best I have had. Served the pulled pork at a poker party, group raved about it. There will be 6 more regulars, they all wanted location directions.
Like Butter. Being from Texas I had resigned myself to average BBQ (Brisket). OH MY G** Slabtown has a great brisket with a nice smoke ring, thick sliced and piled high. Extremely tender and melts in your mouth like butter. Friendly atmosphere.
Excellent pulled pork sandwich!!! I would suggest getting extra sauce though. I will definately be going there again.
