I have dined at Swagat on 21st at least 10 times. I usually start my meal with a Samosa, but this visit I ordered the Rava Masala Dosa. I absolutely loved it. The crepe made from cream of wheat and rice flour was crispy. The dosa was stuffed with a vegetable curry similar to what is in a samosa. This is my new favorite appetizer and it is a great one to share. Since I was trying different dishes I ordered a lamb keema. It too was delicious and had a perfect level of spice. My eggplant curry was tasty as always. The service was great also.
