I like the atmosphere. It’s got huge glass windows that they open in the summer which is breezy and nice. Despite the previous reviews of having bad service, our service was great! (Thanks Tommy)
Terrible Service. We were there Saturday night and the service was simply awful. Our Servers name started with a K. Very unfriendly, walked away while we were talking to her. Delivered food and drink without a word. It was really a strange experience. She must have been having a bad day. Food was good.
Not a great spot. My husband and I stopped in to have happy hour. They only have food on happy hour and the drinks are regular price. The hostess was great and we got to sit outside, which was perfect. Our waitress was very nice but either it was her first day or she just doesn’t know how to wait a table. She rarely checked in with us, didn’t know what was on the menu and didn’t have a clear understanding of what was in the dishes. The real shame was except for the Nacho’s which were good, everything else we order was bad. The drinks were really bad and the food was not eatable. We ate the Nacho’s, left the rest of the food and the waitress never asked us why we didn’t eat anything and didn’t ask if we wanted to take it home. It is a great location but that is about it.
Nice lunch setting. Was in Portland with a buddy and decided on this place on his wifes recommendation.WE got lucky and found parking, though it looks as if it could be a problem .It was a hot day and they had all the big windows wide open that made the atmosphere even better than it was. Liked the dcor!WE sat at the bar and were served immediately by a very nice bar person.I had a lunch special which was a chicken breast seasoned and served with some arugula and jicama salad.Excellent light lunch. My friend had their Texas sized nachos and only managed half!So overall a reasonably priced lunch that was tasty and I found the servers to be good also
This restaurant was plain awful. The service wasn’t too bad because the girl was really trying but the food is just disgusting. Even the water and the lettuce are so spicy it makes it impossible to even try it. When we walked by this terriblePlace, we thought it was a spanish restaurant because the way they present it (the name, the bull fighting decorations etc) makes you think is Spain. Well it isn’t it’s not even a decent mexican restaurant. This food was so bad it makes me want to vomit to even writing this revew
I can say the salsa was delicious. The pork & the blackened fish happy hour tacos were good. The dinner order of camarones was terrible. They over drenched it w lime or lemon. Over powering sour taste. I’d give it a like if I came in for happy hour food & drinks. But we don’t drink sooooo…but if I did its a happening place. Nice bar atmosphere & plenty of pretty ladies
Better for some reason….. Not that it was ever even close to being bad, but this place has changed for the much better the past few months. The service is better, and just seems to be a happier place. The food has always been very good, the tequila selection is amazing, and the happy hour is the best spot in the city for value. The nachos are like a mountain of goodness.
