We stopped at Cafe Mundo twice. The first time was for a glass of wine in the evening. We didn’t stay, as the selection was really poor — unusual for the Oregon coast. The second time, we stopped for a dessert and tea in the mid-afternoon. The only dessert they had that day was a blackberry cobbler. It was quite good! The service, however, was almost non-existent. The servers were all very pleasant, but it was very difficult to get their attention, and they didn’t come by to check whether we needed anything. I even had trouble getting a napkin, and we had to ask several times for the check.

Good food. Good ambience. Loved the coconut soup.Live music was there and it was good. Me and husband liked the unique style of food transport from downstairs to upstairs.
It was 20 minutes until they took our drink order and Almost 50 minutes before they took our food order and an hour and a half till we saw the food. I’ve been here multiple times and the food is good but they finally managed to hit the point where it’s not worth the wait.
This place was amazing! It’s quirky and laid back. There was live music and the food was phenomenal. I had the dinner special, which included a pork chop, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. My hubby had the cheeses of world sandwich. They had a wide array of both carnivore and vegetarian meals for a hippie-type place. The staff were wonderful and friendly. I would definitely encourage people to try it. The only thing a bit under par was the restroom. It was a bit sketchy. But the food and everything else was great!
Loved it. Awesome artsy atmosphere, delicious Greek veggie pita. Hubs enjoyed the teriyaki chicken but wished thigh meat had been used instead of super lean breast meat. Very simply presented kids PB&J and hamburger were happily gobbled up. We’ll definitely return.
Tataki Sashimi Bowl. Wow! Great albacore, terrific presentation, delectable sides. Just a win win.
