The best pizza we have found in Newport! And just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. We love being able to order our pizza, go for a nice beach walk, then come back and pick up our order. The staff has always been friendly. The place is small, so better for take-out, but very cute and in a great location.

Horrible Service (Rude Employees)!. This has been my favorite place to get coffee at the coast for a few years now. In previous years I had no complaints about the service here (they are always slow but I didn’t mind since they were friendly and it was good coffee and baked goods). But this summer (2014) both times I’ve been there it’s been terrible. The front counter girl completely ignored me both times I was there and there were four other employees talking in the back that ignored me as well, both times! My first time there this summer when the front counter girl finally acknowledged me she was short with me and seemed annoyed that we were even there. I ordered my drink and she got my order wrong, and my kids expensive hot chocolate drinks tasted like water. But I decided to give it another try two months later so I went back and the employee (different girl working the counter) was rude and got my order wrong again. My husband got house coffee and they were out of cream and the employee was totally annoyed and short with him when he asked them, after standing there for five minutes, to please refill the cream container. My family interacted with the employees there with kindness, graciousness, and patience both times we were there this summer, but my family was treated very rudely and the employees that we interacted with were incompetent. It’s too bad b/c I had recommended this place to several family and friends and now I will not be going back. The employees there this summer don’t even try to give good customer service (they are actually annoyed when you need service!) or be friendly what-so-ever, which is a real shame as it makes loyal customers quit coming.
