Save your money and go elsewhere. The people working at this location do not care about their customers. Rational: apparently asking for ketchup with fries on a take out order is out of the question. This has happened twice since starting to order takeout at this place. Secondly, the fries qualify as an amount found in a kids meal. The price reflects quite the opposite. Even if you ask the personnel for additional fries–expect the opposite. The customer service here is a public outhouse–it’s a revolving door of idiots.
I was so excited when Bethany Public House opened! The place is close by, the decor was awesome, and the menu seemed interesting. The food is decent, but the service wasn’t great. I’ve visited several times thinking that it could’ve just been an odd night or that the server was having a bad day, but out of my six attempts, the service has always been disappointing. With a little training and tweaking, this place could be a gem for the Bethany neighborhood!
Descent food, but very poor service. The food here was good, but the service was awful. After being served our appetizer and salads simultaneously, our entrees came shortly after. As we were eating our way through our table of food the waitress brought our check. We did not have the opportunity to order another drink or dessert (although we probably would not have had room anyway). Very rushed, sloppy service.
