Came here on a Monday evening looking for a few drinks and some fried food. Walked in and literally the music stopped. Like something out of a horror movie. The ‘local’ patrons at the bar made a joke that they stopped the music for us and proceeded to ask us why we were there and tell us it was a cash only bar…..oh….kay…..we ordered a beer, deciding to tough it out. Minutes later a crazed man waving a DUI ticket came in basically asking if they would serve him. One of the locals took his ticket and literally pretended to wipe his ass with it. No joke. We chugged our beers and left, thankful that the locals cashed out ahead of us. For reals, it was scary. And I’m from NE Portland….
