I’m gonna go ahead and give this place 5 stars because the older lady at the bar was super nice and friendly.While doing our walking tour, we stopped outside this place, which apparently is haunted or has a ghost captain walking around sometimes.We decided to take a peek once we were done with the tour and get some oysters, Avoiding the low stars, the place has lolIt was almost closing time but we were gladly seated in the bar area. We ordered some Jameson and a dozen oysters. All I can say is, the oysters were delicious and tasted fresh.The Jameson, well it was a good pour.We left with a tummy of oysters and a nice story.On top of the bar is the gigantic steering wheel from the ship that sank. Which is super cool to see. Its gigantic, I thought they were way smaller.Id come back for oysters. Not to sure about the other menu items.They also offer a really good HH
The food was good and the hostess was nice. The server, however, could not give less of a crap. She was super sweet… When she arrived. And offered bread in retribution. We actually sat down, left, came back, and sat down again before being acknowledged. Good oysters, friendly service, slow as all get out.
