Yes, KFC!. Hard to believe I am endorsing a KFC of all places, but this particular location turned out to be better than average. Or was it we were so hungry all else was ignored? According to my lovely companion this has become the KFC to beat so far, and I am including all locations nationwide. The corn was not mushy, the original chicken cooked to almost perfection, the cole slaw fresh and nice, the mashed potatoes and gravy just like the dr. ordered, drinks at the establishment with plenty of carbonation. We bought the 10 piece meal with the promotional two extra large sides for a total of 4. The macaroni and cheese was also very good and the biscuits with butter enticing. So there I go, praising the culinary delights of a KFC, but this one in Oregon. For some reason in our visit food in Oregon was not too shabby. 4 Stars for KFC (first 4 stars for this franchise from me).
