Nice family meal. A good pizza, reasonable prices and friendly service. Topping selection was OK, looks like lots of locals drift in. Liked the selection of soda that went beyond the standard coke/Pepsi. tap beer available as well.
For a local pizza place Atomic Pizza is great. The staff is friendly, the service fast, and the food is really good. We lost power last night in the Kenton neighborhood so we called to see if Atomic had power they did, and we dined outside. Perfectly cooked pie! Oh and the ice cream…YUM love Ruby Jewel Ice Cream…Salted Double Chocolate Carmel.

What I needed. Just moved into the ‘hood, and had high hopes for a close by pizza place. They exceeded my expectations. Call-in to go order was ready in 10 minutes. Tasted amazing. Great variety of pies and nice folks. Will be a weekly affair I am sure.
CRUST!. Is it the subtle cheeses?Is it the sausage, which was flavorful without being greasy?The high-quality tap?The chilled pitchers?The barmaid/owner who will actually talk to you if you sit at the bar?The warm, absolutely clean atmosphere?No no no.It’s the crust.It’s light, flaky, and subtle, it makes a slice of pepperoni into a work of art, it shatters between the teeth.Suddenly my wife is actually excited when I act a total cheapskate and ask her out for a slice and a beer.
ATOMIC PIZZA IS AMAZING!. This is NOT your usual CHAIN PIZZA! This pizza is like going to Italy! The quality of the ingrediants are very fresh, have tons of flavor, and the crust is oh so perfect! Once I started eating here I started craving it each week. Hummmm what ARE they putting in the sauce?! While the pizza is to die for, the verities of wines and beers are perfect for what you want to eat. The vibe of the restauraunt is upbeat, classy, and fun! Great place to go with friends if you want to watch a game, or a nice relaxing enviornment for a date! The monthly turn of local artist makes for great conversation with the one you are with and gives culture to the enviornment. The hostess is very friendly and funny, once you talk to her its like you made a new friend. The chef knows what he is doing with his pizza and is very much a perfectionist when it come to his pizza and Artichoke dips (a must try by the way). Im NEVER going back to any other pizza! Please open up more of your restauraunts around portland!
A Great Place For Lunch. Located in a part of town where it’s hard to find a quick bite to eat that is not a fast food chain, Atomic Pizza has saved us. With great tasting pizza by the slice and nice big salads, I will be a regular.
