Ive been coming to Byways for breakfast for 18 years and have absolutely never been disappointed with a meal. Creative and traditional offerings are available. The environment is so legitimately diner style, refreshing in a city where the iterations on decor are accelerated. Byways stays the same and I love that. The quality of their ingredients really shines. Most recently, I had a flavorful avocado toast topped with eggs and peppers and it was just perfect.
