We were able to sit at the bar despite not having a reservation. It was fun to watch the bartender who was also an excellent server. The restaurant features large black and white pictures from Barcelona on the wall. The food was delicious. We shared an Iberico Cured Meat Platter with Catalan Bread and chilled tomato soup with a grilled scallop. Both were delicious. For dinner we had a Paella that was exceptionally good and flavored with rich hearty seasonings. To drink I started with a Rose Cava and then had a glass of a full bodied Ribera. Both were perfect accompaniments to the meal. We indulged and shared a chocolate ganache desert that was a superb finale to the meal. This is a great addition to the Pearl.
