Really good cupcakes and friendly service
Great cupcakes, great staff, and a great company who helps the community, love them 🙂
Oh My! (ala George Takei). I was visiting Portland in April with my husband and a friend and we found Cupcake Jones by accident. We started passing the window and were drawn inside as though by a magical force. There were so many varieties to choose from, it was impossible to choose! So I chose a dozen minis so as to try as many as possible. I wasn’t disappointed by a single cupcake. Sadly I can’t remember the ones I like the best, but they were all yummy. I am hoping to move to Portland soon, if for no other reason than to have more yummies from Cupcake Jones.
Great packaging, large selection, daily specials, minis available
Tiny Desserts. Perfect size if you want to control your cupcake in take and if you want to dry three different flavors at the same time. The flavors were okay.
Worst cupcake ever. These were the worst cupcakes I’ve ever had. And the frosting tasted like you were eating pure shortening.
Will not return. I was excited to check out this boutique style cupcake place, especially since they do filled cupcakes. The red velvet is okay, I mean the cake was soft but flavorless. The frosting was also funky and by funky I mean it was far too soft, had no flavor and basically tasted like I was eating straight soft shortening. It had a candied flower petal on top which is interesting except for the fact that it did nothing for the cupcake. The pearl (all vanilla) was supposed to be redeeming, but it wasn’t. Cake was dry and had the same texture problem with the frosting. Honestly I wouldn’t go back by choice.
