This location must be under new management, because my experience was polar with the other reviews. Other than the forty minute wait for the order to be taken, or the two refills and new drink orders (mind the forty wait, the food we ordered took much about as long to consume, so yea, more than two drinks is normal, less is unacceptable). If it wasn’t for the options we have for great steakhouses, I would have actually considered dealing with this by at least notifying the manager, wait, never mind the manager was watching so that is mute. Horrible experience at a supposed top tier restaurant.
Reminds me of a flower shop. Flower shops could sell flowers more cheaply (lower price or bigger bouquets) if we bought more. Georgio’s prices are too high and the portions too small. Since it is overhead and not food costs that are his headache, it is hard to see why he doesn’t try to attract more customers (and hard to see how he stays in business, frankly). The food is delicious, but there is no balsamic on the table to mix with the very good olive oil for the bread (and that comes with no butter). There is also no chess to sprinkle over your pasta. These two lacks tell a story.I would go back for happiness hour or for lunch, the lunch menu seems to be about half-price though I somehow expect the portions, already modest, to be cut even further then. As I say, the food is delicious, but he needs a business manager to get rich there and perhaps even to just stay in business.
