I stopped by Hamlet for happy hour with friends last week. The drinks are excellent. I ordered the Pony Express, despite not being a big bourbon drinker, and absolutely loved it. Our service was charming and the place itself is beautifully designed — upscale enough for the Pearl but very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back and try more on the menu. paperairplaneblog.com
