In any other city the food here would be acceptable. In Portland, which has a rep for hand-made, artisan everything, it’s a bit shameful.Our server did note a mushroom allergy in our party (good). She also admitted to us that the veggie burger (listed as black bean but house made patties often add mushrooms for texture and protein kick) was Morningstar Farms brand, which I know come frozen out of a box. It shouldn’t have been a surprise when the cheddar burger showed up and it was a pre-formed patty. The burbon meatloaf was a huge portion and moderately tasty.On gripe I do have is seating. The hostess put us at a table in the main flow of traffic for the servers and right by the entrance to the bar after we specifically said we didn’t want to sit in the bar while the walk in couple behind us got a quiet table in the main dining area.All told, there are likely better places for pub grub in town.

I was impressed with this pub! We came in for a super late dinner and was pleasantly surprised they were still open and serving food. Our server gave us just enough attention. The portions were MASSIVE. We ordered the gorgonzola waffle fries, calamari, BBQ bacon burger with onion rings, and the truffle mushroom pizza and were sorry we couldn’t finish everything. Huge selection of beers to choose from. I’d definitely come back here the next time I’m in town.
Henry’s. Fish and chips was as expected. Service was terrific.
Bad Service. Went on Friday night with 8 friends- nice atmosphere, decent menu selection. The service was mediocre at best, took forever to get drinks- often waiting to get the next ordered. Also, all our food did not come out at the same time. Skip this spot and go somewhere with excellent service.

Cool, fun atmosphere. We went to the bar as a recommendation from a local. The service was FAST. We had mojitos (which were fabulous!) and their hot wings. Pretty impressed. Sad we couldn’t stay longer and have dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable
