Pho Van has the feel of a large urban kitchen with large windows. There are long wood tables and a wood bar facing the street. The furniture is all metal which is an interesting contrast to the wood tables. You order your food at a counter and it is delivered to you. We tried several dishes and they all tasted fresh. My favorite was the vegetarian egg rolls. My least favorite dish was the papaya salad. It was crunchy but had a little too much fish sauce.
Wow they totally remodeled and reinvented themselves. Same great food but more casual and extensive menu. Love this place
Disappointing. Salmon rolls OK, dipping sauce watered down, no spoons so culdn’t really get a good taste.Chicken/veg/noodle stir fry dish was mushy, one sprig of miature bok choy on top and 3 pieces of chicken.Tasted like a leftover from lunch. Date’s garlic pork was so overly sweet I couldn’t eat it, waited an hour for entrees after having to ask where food was.I think the soups would have been a fresher choice.
Really good! Order the of- menu Ramen, its probably the best thing there.

So the previous post was for a Vietnamese place called Silk. Which we LOVED!! Which has disappointedly morphed into a stand & order Pho Van. The Pho was standard. Had a papaya salad that was good. Prices average. HERE’S what I DON’t like. At ur table are the water glasses. Forks, chop sticks & spoons. So now any one of those NON HAND WASHING FOOLS can touch them & contaminate them for you to get sick on. NOT MY TYPE OF PLACE FOR THAT REASON!!! This is our fall back restaurant. When we just spur of the moment eat. We can ALWAYS count on a good meal. LOVE the salad rolls. Unlike many places that offer these they are not pre-made!! Everything we’ve ever had has been good. It’s not one of those restaurants that dumps a gigantic meal on you. So if your looking for quantity & not quality, go some where else!!
Food was decent if you don’t want to take your rental car out of the $30 valet and venture outside of the little city. Food was tasty but the Spanish server was useless….
