I ordered their special ginger chicken. At what looked like a healthy pho place I was very disappointed with a dish that was over salty and the chicken and veggies were deep fried. Id describe my lunch as a small step above mall Panda Express. I gave it 3 stars because I liked the ambience. Its casual, efficient, clean and comfortable
Pho Van used to be Silk. Honestly I like Silk better. I don’t know if they changed chefs, they definitely changed the layout more family style with long tables in long rows. They divided the pho soups by creating a standard bowl that contained only one meat beef. The flank, tenderloins and meatballs were pricey additives. Also, my noodles were over cooked. Sad day. imriche.com
