DON’T GO HERE!. Worst Chai and customer service ever! The bald guy, Alex, charged me for their most expensive blended Chai – a frappe – and it came out terrible. When I asked to have it redone, he put it back in the blender and tried it again – same terrible taste. He didn’t even say sorry or anything. I asked for a refund, and he refused! Who does that? I wasted $5.50 and my time. Don’t waste your time with this place! Go to Sisters Coffee up the street for better service and better chai/coffees! I will NOT RETURN!
I am a fan of almost all forms of Italian food. However, I’d steer clear of this place. The spelling and grammar errors on the menu should have been a warning (de la is not Italian). it’s overpriced for what you get and not extensive when it comes to the flavor profiles presented. Nice staff but I’d avoid. Non e’ una buon’idea.
Cafe Americana is yummy. They take there time on there coffee to make sure it is perfect. Great coffee, service, and atmosphere. Brunch is yummy too!
Best gelato this side of Italy!
Jillybean. Wonderful breakfast!! Cheese omelet with great bacon and sauce. The Pearl Benedict – fantastic!!! Great atmosphere – thanks to owner Alex
Good enough taste and portion size for the money, however the alfredo tasts a bit off, red sauce instead o white, hamburger instead of chicken, I’m not sure when the noodles became round and skinny but that’s what we got, I know what your thinking but we specifically said no not the spegetti. So there you have it.
Mmmm!. Via Delizia is an urban oasis of delicious eats and fabulous treats. I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, AND dessert here. The espresso drinks are easily the best I’ve had in Portland. The owner baristas seven days a week, and he, as well as the nightime baristas, make the most amazing foam… Not like the airy stuff you get at Starbuck’s. My only complaint is that I live too close and am tempted way too often by their ridiculously delicious and affordable happy hour…. which almost always requires a scoop of gelato on my way out. Also, to the person below me…. no offense, but as a former server and by means of common sense, it’s polite to vacate a table soon after finishing your meal when people are waiting. Especially when you only had coffee and gelato at a full-service restaurant.
