Located at 8145 SE 82nd Ave. in SE Portland - 1/2 mile north of Johnson Creek Blvd. right along the Springwater Corridor Bike Trail. Cartlandia has been ranked in the top 2 food cart pods for the past several years and features the one and only VooDoo Doughnut food cart, many fusion carts. and food of 15 different countries Also on the lot is the Blue Room Bar.. Voodoo donut, Maxican-Indian tacos, Southern comfort, Chinese, healthy wrap, snobbie food, you can find everything here. In Summer time, you can bike here since it’s right next to the Spring water bike lane away from cars.
About a dozen different carts. We went for the pupuseria (C+), the cheesesteak (A), and the udon (B+). Clean, friendly and not at all busy on a weekday afternoon. There were about 5 more carts we wanted to try, but our tummies would not allow.
