Haute Street Sandwich. WOW ! The Duck Confit sandwich is absolutely marvelous, simple elegance.Duck legs slowly cooked, then hand-pulledfrom the bone and shredded, sauteed in some of the duck fat. This is spread over the lower half of a browned chewy fresh pistolet roll. A layer of cranberry sauce, some medium shred green cabbage and Voila! You have it. Seems like it might be dry without any sauce, however the moist duck, duck fat, cranberry sauce and my juiced-up salivary glands made the sandwich moist enough to finish without the need for a beverage. Chomping into and then tearing a bite from the chewy euro style roll was great fun. A high class sandwich for the masses ! Paid $6.50 in September 2010 for sandwich only. Well worth the price !Thanks Addy’s, very yummy.

Great Sandwiches. Addy’s sandwich bar is great and you can tell when you approach her food trailer. Its nicely decorated and stylish both outside and inside. She has some seating attached to the trailer with a counter to rest your sandwich or drink on. The sandwich I ordered was a turkey, with cucumber, brie cheese and some creme fresh. The bread she uses for her sandwiches come from a local bakery called Little T bakery. I’m guessing, but its about one foot in length. When you bite into the sandwich the bread is the first thing that sticks out. Its a good combination of crispy and chewy. The turkey was delicious and moist. The cucumber adds a nice additional texture to the sandwich. The brie and creme fresh contrast nicely with the turkey meat. The only negative of the sandwich was towards the end of me finishing it my jaws were feeling quite worked from the chewing of the bread. Despite that I still really loved it and cant wait to go back and get some more.

Yum!. Addy’s Sandwich Bar makes the most delicious tuna sandwiches! High-quality, line-caught Oregon tuna, with just the right blend of seasonings and hard-cooked egg sliced on top, on a crusty roll from a local bakery. They are fantastic.
