I feel compelled to write a review after a recent stop in here to catch a game that wasn’t televised anywhere else close on an extra rainy day in Portland. Aside from enjoying what I would say are delicious and often underrated wings, the amazing service is the reason for this review. Kevin, working in the bar area, deserves a specific shout out and tip of the hat for his above and beyond service and attentitiveness. For all of the great food places this area has to offer, I’ll be back if not just for the excellent service.
I have been a regular costumer here for over 2 years, but after last night I’m not sure I want to go back…A manager by the name of Heather will cut you off and claim you have bumped into her because you’ve had a few beers..she was rude and simply does not have manager skills…I was with family and clearly not over my alcohol limit…it was crowded and only trying to walk through all the craziness… Im so upset that she would say that I was drunk…She should definitely take some costumer service classes… I would go back but I would be aware of this manager, she is obviously not trained well.
This is honestly one of the worst BWW locations I have been to. The service is awful 90% of the time and I’ve had 3 different to-go orders messed up entirely. The food is okay, but don’t expect to have amazing servers.
Stopped in for a bite after arriving downtown before heading to a concert (around 4pm). Servers and a couple managers walked by 3 times without acknowledging us and finally on the 4th time I asked if we could order drinks…the manager took our drink order and eventually a server delivered our drinks and then asked for our food order. The food wasn’t as good as it has been in the past & the service didn’t improve during our visit.
For downtown Portland, prices pretty typical. Wings were good and beer was cold. Anybody want cheap food go to McD’s
This location is TERRIBLE. Our server messed up our order, which was just wings…pretty standard. We waited close to an hour just to see our server and get our tab after our food arrived. There was a customer that was loudly yelling profanities and staff did nothing, instead other customers had to ask him to shut up. Only one woman was delivering food for the whole bar. Bottom line, come here if you want your order messed up, be subjected to drunk loud ass customers and wait for your tab for an hour after you’re done. Go to a different location, seriously.
This was a fantastic restaurant I loved it especially the Asian zing wings my favorite and I got the honey BBQ bacon burger it was so tender and juicy the nachos were delicious too.
