Specifically, our chefs take pride in our Beef Pho and Crispy Pork Belly. The Beef Pho is simmered for 24 hours in a combination of spices to fully bring out the flavor of the beef bones. The Crispy Pork Belly is our specialty meat which offers a crispy skin while also giving a perfectly tender pork underneath which creates a great balance. Guaranteed that no one else in Portland does this dish like we do. We also specialize in our spring rolls which reflect the old tradition in the way it is prepared, while also taking it up a notch by adding our specialty grilled meats to create a better, more satisfying dish.
