Happy People, Good Food. I get my lunch from Great Harvest every day- a delicious build-your-own sandwich, or some soup, or sometimes, when I’m really hungry, the half-sandwich & soup combo!They tend to play pretty good music, and the folks there are super friendly, too. You also get free bread samples! That’s my favorite part.I’ll be honest; the place can get really busy, which slows down service, especially around lunch time, and sometimes they start running out of breadsticks or tomatoes towards the end of the week, but that’s never stopped me from going every day.I recommend the Garlic Cheese Sticks, the Double Chocolate cookie (sooooo good), the Reuben sandwich. and the Foccacia bread they just started making. Now if I can only convince them to start making baguettes again….
Amazing sandwiches!. I stopped by the downtown Great harvest for a quick sandwich. I love their build your own option. Besides the fresh fixings, the bread made the sandwich. They are a craft bakery that makes all their bread by hand. The bread is so delicous! Also, you feel so great after eating a GH sandwich. It energizes you rather than giving you that afternoon slump.
