Because its not all about the food/drinks but also about the whole experience. This place is very famous for the Spanish coffee (similar to irish coffee). Between throwing liquor from 1 meter to the glass and fire on the glass, the server prepares the coffee in front of you, giving you a great perspective and an amazing experience! 2nd time in the city and had to come here again. Never had food here, reason why i cant give 5* but Do not leave portland without trying this!
Celebrating the death of our Father at an establishment he loved to frequent we dined at Huber. The food was great our server Jazz was great! While waiting for our Uber the manager and another employee came outside and accused us of not paying! Not a professional pull us to the side and inquire but an embarrassing confrontation on sidewalk. His excuse upon learning he was wrong was that they were busy. No apology. If this is their manager the owner needs to re-evaluate his team and their unprofessional behavior! This is what our $100 bucks got us.
