I got at the restaurant at 1:00 PM when it opened. I had areservation. It was my first Thanksgiving dinner with my fianc and I asked fora booth table on the window. The restaurant was empty. They told me they couldntdo that. So they put us between a noisy group of 8 with kids and a group of 10.Meanwhile window booths sat empty entire time we were there. To add insult toinjury they mandated a minimum 18% tip. I wont go back. I paid $169 forlousing customer service by people who didnt care less about my experience.
