I ordered delivery from here recently and was not disappointed. I purchased the Island Burger and was satisfied; I didn’t put any sauce on it and thought the burger tasted fresh and the pineapple was that iconic bit of flavor that I crave in Hawaiian food. The macaroni salad was also tasty. Definitely look forward to going in person – however some of the information here is wildly out of date.
I love this place. The Local Grind is often located in the Park Blocks at PSU and I just can’t get enough of this amazing Hawaiin cuisine. My favorite is ‘The Shred’ with a side of macaroni salad. Check this place out!

Fresh, Healthy Bento!. Food carts aren’t always this clean and delicious! I tried the pulled- pork, teriyaki chicken plate with a side of the light, macaroni salad. It was all so light, topped off with Siracha and brown rice, I felt more awake after eating this then I did before! Convenient downtown lunch spot… a must try!
