Great food, quick when not crowded. They cook to order and the menu is very inexpensive. Friendly staff too. All the times I have been there the food was made with fresh quality ingredients. Incredible value on the combination plates especially because they offer at least 4 different items on the plate in good sized portions. Now, i’ll tell you a secret: The variety at the salsa bar is amazing. It’s also delicious and in my opinion one of the best in Portland, Beaverton or Hillsboro. Even though this food truck is in Beaverton and at a pretty random spot that keeps the drunken diners and late crowd factor low. There is plenty of parking there too which is usually a huge miss for food cart pods, especially if you are disabled or have people meeting up with you. Favorite combo is #5 and I can never finish it one meal.
