Hola is a Central Oregon group of restaurants. Have been to the Bend Eastside location a few times and had nothing but great food and drink. The Redmond store is not as prominently located as the Bend sites, but it has succeeded in carrying over many of the same great dishes. A favorite starter is the Peruvian Nachos. Good enough without being overly spicy that it is kid-safe too. Been here for lunch each time and there has never been an overly large crowd. The Bend stores are a lot more noisy than this location. A small amount of outdoor seating is available for summer. Have not encountered any bland dishes or sides, but similarly, nothing so spicy or salted that it would turn one away either.
Service was good. Chips and salsa were good. My mom ordered off the Peruvian portion of the menu and got aji de gallina and it was horrible. Very bland and gooey, not appetizing to look at. The enchiladas were ok, not a lot of flavor. The rice was also bland. Beans were fair. Plus prices are on the high end. Disappointed.

The prices were a little higher than other places in town but not a lot i think the total bill for two was $28, and I felt like we got our money’s worth because they were large portions, we both had to take to go. All in all I think it was very good and will definitely be going back.
Solid Mexican/Peruvian cuisine. Hola is probably the best Mexican fare in redmond. Excellent salsas and much better than your usual fare. Ceviche, enchiladas and a surprisingly light and flavorful chicken burrito were all delicious.
Shocked by the prices, the food was ok, a bit bland. I was pretty disapointed. Had heard so many good things. Service was slow, it was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. I know the location just opened so hopefully they will improve, but I doubt we will go back.
Fantastic food and great people! I have never been disappointed and feel that it is a great value.
