In my experience with this establishment I’ve had great service, food and customer service. Results may vary. I will state the first time I went here when it opened there was at least a 15m wait to be so much as acknowledged and that would infuriate me as much as the next customer. The business has undergone a remodel and likely a change in management since then.Last time I went here was rather late at night. Cajun Tots with a burger. Spot on.
When I was in college, I worked as a waitress, so I know it’s a hard job, but the service we received here was inexcusable. We were seated and then completely ignored – as in, walking countless times by our table avoiding eye contact – for over 20 minutes. Others tables were having the same problem. The place was definitely not understaffed, and the only thing we could figure out was that it was close to closing time and the staff didn’t really want to bother with pesky customers who might order food or drinks. After nearly half an hour, we got up and left. I don’t think we were the only ones to do so either. thegoodheartedwoman.com

First: Make sure you tell the wait staff that appetizers come before the entrees, Second: Never order the Mac and cheese for your child because I’m sure it came from a box that you can buy at the store for $2.00 and last: Please do not order the cheese steak because you are going to be greatly disappointed. Cheese steak sandwiches are suppose to cheesy with thin slices of steak not chunk of steak with chunks of veggies and one little slice and please use salt and pepper you going to need it. Would not recommend it to anyone.
We love this place! They have become our regular happy hour stop for some great grub quick w/ nummy adult beverages. Or a sit down dinner. Breakfast even! By far the best mojitos!! All hail the bartender! Creator of liquid magic!
Good food, sometime wait staff is slow but with all the tvs you don’t really notice. Great sports bar for the money
