Horrible Tasteless Food!. Simple order..2 fried eggs over easy, bacon, hashbrownsEggs were hard as rocks, bacon was so well done it was crispy and burned and small pieces, hashbrowns tasted like mush. Food tasted like cardboard. Don’t waste your time or your money at this horrible, horrible restaurant. Absolutely no idea why people go there. Disgusting! PS Snotty waitress with attitude as well.
Used to be great. This used to be my family’s favorite restaurant. But a few years ago, the service started to go down hill. I stop by about once a year just to see if things have improved. Not yet.Last week I went there for breakfast. The hashbrowns were room temperature and the eggs were just barely warm. There appeared to be just one server for the entire restaurant. Too bad, this used to be a really great place to eat.
Great Place. We’ve eaten at Reedville Cafe for years. Always great food! We really like the wait staff (especially Grant), and the price is right. They have a quaint little outside eating area, which we enjoy with our kids when the weather is good. My husband and I especially like sitting in one of the booths in the bar, watching sports with other patrons, when we get away by ourselves. Our recommendations include the onion rings–which are outstanding, their steaks, the crab sandwich and, last, but not least, my husband swears by their hamburgers. He is convinced you can’t get a better one anywhere. The restaurant is family owned and definitely a place to stop if you are anywhere near and want a really good meal.
I’ve been here twice and the first time was a fairly good experiance. But my most recent venture was absolutely horrible. First of all it took forever for our servor to come to our table, I ordered the shrimp and crab sandwhich and my date ordered the fish and chips. When we received our plates mine had a long black hair in it. Needless to say my appetite was ruined never going back.
Happy Hour. Reedville Cafe has a breakfast happy hour monday – thursday 9:00am to 11:00 am
Low quality food, high prices! Came for breakfast and was thoroughly disappointed.. The meat I was served was cheap and tasteless and really nothing else had flavor. I would definitely not recommend this place for breakfast.
Where’s My Crab. I ordered a Rib Eye dinner and asked to add a Crab to my dinner. What I was brought was Crab meat that looked like it was out of a can on top of my steak. I wanted a Crab with my dinner not on top of my steak. Long story short I wonder if I had ordered the Crab diner with a add on steak would I have gotten hamburger on top of my Crab?
