Pizza Hut SUCKS!. My Pizza Hut experience tonight!…..~First, after I placed my order I was informed on the website that it would take an hour and a half to receive my order. I called to complain. Ask to speak to a manager and got routed to Kansas. Nothing happens.~Second, I wait for the order since you have already charged my credit card and refused to give me a refund. It arrives after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes…missing half the order.~Third, the delivery driver apologizes and says he will be right back with the missing items from my order…30 minutes later…no driver and no order.~Fourth, called the restaurant. They already knew of the problems I was having this evening and offered to resend the missing part of the order or said I could have it free next time…UMMM HELLO…I already paid for it…IT’S NOT FREE.~Fifth…I’M EXTEMELY PISSED OFF AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. OH…AND I WILL ALSO POST THIS ON THE INTERNET.
