My Favorite Mexican in Portland. Tacos Salsa is a truly authentic experience. It’s a lovely, small, restaurant in an unassuming location with incredible service. The food is always extremely fresh and cared for delicately. They really have a way with food at this place, I come probably once a week. The jukebox and tv provide nice entertainment along with their beer and soda selection. An all around great experience for those who like it authentic.
