Fantastic, inexpensive lunch. For $8.25, you get a huge salad with peppercorn ranch dressing, a big scoop of rice and two deliciously marinated chicken breasts. Their Teriyaki sauce is so good. Add a little Sriracha for kick and a touch of soy sauce and you are set. They are cooking the food in front of you as you place your order and it’s on your table in less than 5 minutes. Friendly service and huge portions. It really is enough for two meals. Will be back here frequently.

Teriyaki artistry. Walk through the haze of sugary smoke surrounding the building and up to the counter where the phone is ringing. There is a short line in front of the counter waiting to order and another at the end of the counter waiting to receive. Newbies look at the board trying to figure out what they want, most people know (they knew as soon as they decided to stop for dinner). The person working the counter (either the older woman or younger man) is taking phone orders, taking counter orders, ringing up orders, calling orders to the kitchen, finishing the plastic cartons of to go food, bagging and handing then out to the person that ordered… all at the same time and apparently without error. It is worth the price just to watch one person do the job of six with apparent ease… And the food is even better. Oh yeah it is wonderful teriyaki the pork is good, the chicken better and the beef is the best, beaten only by getting the combo.
