Fiesta Plate. One of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Chicken has this incredible grilled smoky flavor. Pour the brown sauce over the rice and you will be so happy. Shrimp Fritters are equally unbelievable.11 Jan, 2015What an incredible meal. I can only compare the experience of eating the food I bought from this cart to the first time I had Indian food. Not that the flavors are even remotely close to each other. It was just the sheer joy of experiencing a new taste that I had never had before and it being extremely memorable and very, very good. This is how I felt tonight when I had my first bite of the incredible shrimp fritters. They come four to an order and two different sauces for dipping are included. I am not good on flavor identification, but the brown one definitely had soy sauce and onions, and I think the lighter one had vinegar and garlic. Either way, they were both one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I am partial to the dark sauce. The entree was made of chicken that is perfectly smoked and then finely sliced, mixed with onions and other veggies and lime or lemon juice. It is served with either rice or titiyas, which are little flatbread triangles that tasted like pita to me but thinner. I wanted to try the rice but they were sold out so I went with those instead and they make a great little carrier to pick up the chopped chicken with. These flavors are extraordinary and this is a place you absolutely don’t want to pass up if in the area. Looking forward to going back and trying everything else they serve.

Chamorro Cuisine Goodness!. PDX 671 is excellent! I lived on Guam for about 2 years and missed the food once I moved back stateside. The chicken kelaguen is nice and pica! My favorite! Titiyas, red rice and Guam-style bbq. This is a must try for anyone who has never had Chamorro food! It’s amaze! Yummy:)
This place rarely seems to be open so if it is while you’re at this pod I highly recommend buying your meal at this cart. I got the shrimp fritter with my chicken and rice and it was amazing. Affordable and delicious.
VERY authentic and delish Guamanian food!!. Hafa dai! My husband, his sisters and brothers (who all live here in Portland) are originally from Guam. We heard about this cart from some Guamanian relatives that now live in CA. WE LOVE THIS FOOD CART. The food is amazing. Super tasty, very fresh, and completely authentic. This is now one our favorite places to eat in Portland. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure people feel welcome and that they have a good experience. We highly recommend this food cart and hope his business does very well.
