SAD SERVICE. When you tell the waitress you are splitting the meal you would thing she would bring 2 plates. After being served with 1 plate and starting to eat my meal another waitress said something to her coworker about why didnt she give me 2 plates. Her response was mumbled as she walked away. I ate my sandwich in a shared napkin with my friend. i was then asked minutes later if everything was good i said another plate and more napkins. Really people. I couldve made this food at home and saved $$
Sooooooo overpriced for what you get. I have never felt more ripped off. It’s ridiculous to see them so stingy with their ingredients and yet expect people to keep coming back? I avoid this place like the plague and now I remember why. They aren’t even friendly either. No one says anything to you and if you have questions you are snipped at and I don’t really want to hear you complain about your employees. Lost a customer.
Overpriced. I used Between the Buns for a lunch I had with a large doctor’s office in Roseburg. I had to feed 50 people. I have similar large offices in Bend, Eugene and Medford. Spending about $500, I usually have a surplus of food. The bill from Between the Buns was 577.50 with a 10% tip added on. We RAN OUT OF FOOD! I will not be using BTB again.
