I just met Kathie from Smokin’ Friday BBQ yesterday and want to say how uplifted and impressed I felt by her incredible positive attitude and sense of honesty. The way she approaches the world and her customers is with the utmost concern and sincere appreciation. I am grateful for her time and business wisdom. And the chicken wrap was yummy too. 🙂 Thanks, Kathie, for showing me what I have forgotten, and help me feel empowered to Be Kind again!
Great food & Service at it’s best. If you are thinking about going to Smokin’ Friday you need to do it…the pulled pork melts in your mouth and I had the Garlic Slaw and the Seasoned Green Beans. It went together perfect. The BBQ sauce is the best I have ever had and I have tried a lot!! Now the service is like no other. They are so kind and really treat you as if you are family…I can’t wait to try other things on the menu!!08 Feb, 2011Jalapeno Poppers. Special service. When I got there they were out of the smoked oyesters, my favorite thing. Kathy offered to buy some more for me, but her source was also sold out. What a gal. So I got my other favorite…Pulled pork sandwich. Very yummy, tender and tasty. Can’t wait to get back to Roseburg for more of those smoked oyesters. Judy Hitt, Austin, Texas
Honestly I’d say ok at best, Its a drive through place looks clean, staff is really friendly but the meat tastes bland without the sauce, it definatly needs a dry rub or marinade. The slaw was good has a lot of onion and garlic taste and not sweet. The beans again are bland and need some seasonings

Soooo yummmmmy!!!. Smokin’ Friday BBQ has the best BBQ food in town. The tri tip and pulled pork sandwiches melt in your mouth. Randys beans are awesome!!! Some serious good food here!!!
