Love Baja Fresh!. Baja Fresh is one of my mom’s and I favorite restaurants! I go here at least once a month and always enjoy the food. I haven’t found a thing on the menu yet that I haven’t liked.I only wish they had a bit better selection in the salsa department. What they have is ok, but it could be better.
Love this place!. My husband and I have been here multiple times (probably more than ten) and we have NEVER been disappointed. We always order the same things: steak nachos (for him) and vegetarian nachos (for me). D-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!
Disappointing Food. Businesses like this that specialize in one thing, you expect that they will maintain their standards. I had a Burrito a couple days ago. What a disappointment. The tortilla was dry, the cheese was not even warm, the overall temperature of the burrito was cold. They offered me some tortilla chips, they should not have done it since the chips were cold, the oil in which they made them was stale (the chips were bitter). I used to enjoy their food back in 2000 when they first started in Oregon. I guess 11 years later they no longer care. What a disappointment!
The manager is such a nice, hardworking guy and very polite. Runs a clean ship too. Good food too.
