Very yummy and cool environment. I read the reviews and was happy to see they don’t use MSG, but I was a little concerned about the prices as many people said it is expensive. I decided to go check it out, and I am glad I did! The food was great, I got the chicken fried rise and sweet & sour chicken lunch special, for $6. I was a walk in, and I had my food in about 7 minutes, but the time went fast because there are so many great things to look at in the reception area, including the 10 foot Buddha. I will definately visit again.
I Have Become A Man Of Faith…. …In a whole new way. Recently my sister and I visited China Faith for a quick lunch. Because this was an off the cuff stop, I hadnt done any research. When we walked in I was a little skeptical… few customers, dim lighting, and oldish interior had me wondering if we should have went somewhere else. After a minute or so, we were greeted by a VERY friendly waitress who promptly took us to our table. We were given hot tea and water for a starter and egg flower soup. Personally, I didnt enjoy the soup (they forgot the secret ingredient, flavor). When our waitress returned I ordered a Spicy Beef Curry with fried rice and a crab wonton. My sister ordered Cashew Chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Both of our meals were only $6.95 each so we figured we were going to leave hungry. How wrong I was, our plates came out mounded with so much food that it was ready to slide off the edge. Come to find out not only was it a huge amount of food…but a huge amount of really good food! My sister made the claim, This is literally the best cashew chicken I have ever had. My curry beef was very spicy, full of curry, and packed with thinly sliced beef… in other words… it was delicious. Throughout our meal the waitress came and checked on us several times, kept our water glasses full, and was very cheery. (yeah she got a big tip) Because of the food quality, portions, price, and service, Rev. Rooster says…Give em a taste!

Best Chinese Food I Know. I love the General Tso’s chicken, Kung Pao anything but especially shrimp, sweet and sour, chow mein, curried chicken, pork fried rice (I don’t know how mere fried rice and chow mein could taste so good!). The hot and sour soup is really good. The prices are pretty low, especially the lunch specials. The service is friendly, but the atmosphere is a bit run down. My family loves this place and we eat here about once a week. I like Lum Yuen ok, but to me it’s not special. China Faith has an extra good something going on.
Favorite!. My family eats here often. Very good service and the food is delicious. The portions are big enough for leftovers and they have no problem with special orders. I recommend the chicken chow mien on dry noodles!
My favorite Chinese food restaurant. I drive to Salem from Portland some nights just to have dinner. Great food, service, and prices.
